Gangotri Named As Swachh Iconic Place in Uttarakhand

Uttarakhand’s holy city Gangotri has been propelled as a Swachh Iconic Place (SIP) by the Centre, Union Drinking Water and Sanitation minister Uma Bharati. District magistrate Uttarkashi, Dr. Ashish Kumar Chauhan stated, “The focal point of the task will be to enhance the essential foundation, for example, sanitation, squander gathering, sunlight based lights, giving consumable water, among others.
