Tharali Assembly Bypoll Records 53.43% Voting

Around 53.43 % voting was recorded in Tharali assembly seat of Uttarakhand by Monday evening. Voting stayed peaceful as no untoward episode or any conflict was accounted for from anyplace. While there are five candidates in the race for the get-together fragment in Chamoli locale, experts named it an immediate conflict between Congress candidate Jeet Ram and BJP’s Munni Devi. The counting of votes would be done on May 31.

The voters of Devari (Deval) town did not turn up for voting as they said the legislature had neglected to regard to their interest for the development of street, however, the nearby organization met the villagers in an offer to influence them to vote.
